Cons: No benefits, bonuses or paid vacations.
Stressful environment.

Pros: Getting to make co-workers lives easier and ensuring that our business is top-notch.
Cons: If things go bad, it falls on me to fix it.

Pros: Contact with different people every day and every day there is something "new"
Cons: To much headache and responsibilities for the appreciation that the company shows to me.
Plus the wages are not worth it for my psychological health.

Pros: Working with people and solving problems as they come along. Getting to make the schedule.
Cons: Not getting paid when having to perform duties for work that go above and beyond or should be paid for. Examples taking time from work to attend courses, going to work in the middle of the night due to the alarm going off. Manager discussing work issues well before shift has begun
