A Reporter who is coming first time in this profession have to be very strong. He has to first understand the need of the organisation and than have to know what his organisation wants from him. After this he has to chose the best line in which he want to go. It means that if you want to cover legal you have to tell your leader that I am very much comfortable in legal beat. If they say yes than ok and if they say no than said what ever work you will give to me I will do.
