Relationship Manager:
Have a goal in terms of timeline - know exact directive that brings out maximum growth in your career. Enhance skills in sales, marketing and people management. Study your target market and develop products according to potential growth of the said market. Create needs and new products that will improve the quality of life of your customers.

Always work smart and not hard, there is a big difference. Always remember that you have a life as well and you do not need to be an alcoholic.

Relationship Manager:
Pros: I like the fact that I get to understand how people invest. I learn and teach at the same time.
Cons: There is pressure to meet targets and that leads to unnecessary stress and mis-selling, neither of which is desirable.
