Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) Reviews

What is it like working as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN)?

January 2015
Don't believe everything, remain caring.
Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN):
Stay patient centered, especially when questioning yourself for the best decision. Prioritize. Don't follow 'clicks', they're everchanging & unfaithful. Care for your patients & coworkers, but don't take chaos, hurt or mind games home with you. Have your own life. Do your best and stay healthy. Get your sleep, eat your vegetables, hydrate, and NEVER stop learning.
October 2014
Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN):
Observe the mental health workers and make sure they and the LPN's in your charge are safe and taken care of.
March 2014
Little Concern For Patients And Even Less For Employees.
Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN):
If one exists, find an organization that genuinely cares about patients. Most care only about money. In my experience, this includes medical and mental health hospitals.
