Stressful environment.

Cons: Overcrowded, cameras monitoring everything constantly, being criticized and not helped by uppers management,, accepting DCFS kids whom are placement issues, most are antisocial, aggressive, attack peers and staff daily, accepting do not return patients, short staffed, lol ack be of my communication, etc

Cons: Overcrowded patients, accepting patients who are violent, in DCFS placement kids whom are violent towards staff members and peers, to tearing up the hospital frequently, attacked staff, no repercussions for their actiond

New Opportunity to learn every time I work!

Pros: I love helping the patients in any way I can and working with my co-workers. They are all unique but I like ve the challenge of getting to know them and figuring out what they need.
Cons: My pay, it seems, from the beginning has been lower than my co-workers and I had no idea until I talked with my manager who said “yeah, I was shocked when I saw what you’re being paid!” However, not much has been done to change that.
