Pros: Tight knit unit and a great manager. Work a weekend only option so lots of flexibility.
Cons: Hemorrhaging staff while bringing in travelers making 4 times what a staff nurse makes. Culture seems different since Novant took over.

Cons: Lack of education and knowledge by leader nurses. Favoritism. Lack of help from those in leader nurses. Unsafe assignments.

It is an amazing experience. You get too learn so much as a RN and we get work work so many cases and disciplines.

Pros: Our team work How process are easily explained and policy files are available to explain the unclear Vast knowledge of our managers and the older staff.
Cons: The shortage of nurses and we on the floor end up giving poor care to patients
