Raises given to new nurses “to compete” with job market, but, no raises for senior nurses who are top of a stagnant pay scale. Then as in several times in the past, a new policy is put into place that gets into your pocket to recoup anything monetarily they just seemingly gave you. Constant net 0 gain.
