Working alongside with smart people, you need to make sure you're smart enough. Super ambiguous environment where things are always changing. Adapt to survive. Despite the heavy workload, need to participate in projects out of scope. Having said that, people here are passionate about the brand and company. Extroverts will have an easier time here. Flexible working arrangement. 3 days thanksgiving leave and whole week off for CNY.
