It Is Very Interesting Work But Physically Demanding.
Recruiter:
Pros: I like the fact that no two days are the same, I like the location at the Mall of America, I like the interesting people I meet, I like my boss.
Cons: Having to find groups of people that do not want to stop to answer questions, Standing 8 hours a day, unruly customers or dishonest ones, being relocated to Maplewood Mall.

Salary, Raises And Bonus Structure.
Recruiter:
Make sure to fully understand the salary, raise and bonus structure when taking a new job. For example, some jobs will only give people a raise of .25 a year. This will not suffice for long term personal life.
