A boring sinking ship.
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Elkhart:
Pros: I dont
Cons: We don't get paid enough for everything needed done, competitors are paying 2$ more with no experience just to start, we can't keep people, turnover rate is a revolving door, and they lie about paying more, they don't appreciate their employees, they don't hold management accountable for the worst of wrong doings, and it's impossible to move up unless you're personally buddy buddy, with management, the one supervisor herself shouldn't be a supervisor, she slept her way up, there's a video of her grinding on the old manager before she got the position. Not exactly equal fair employment.
April 2021

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Seattle:

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Americus:
Run. Run away and don't look back. They'll lie to get you in the door. There are NO raises. There are NO advancements. There is NO cross-training. The health insurance is expensive, and the dental insurance provider most likely won't even get your information. You get blamed for what others are doing. Oh, and they expect you to be a robot. Don't even THINK about eating, drinking, smoking, vaping, or needing to get up during your shift, because they expect you to do WAY more than what they tell you in training. You're not paid nearly enough, either because Georgia is a poor state. Take my advice. Do NOT apply here.
