Growing Demand and population.
Friendly people.
Close to port of houston.
Cost of living is good.
Cultured and also 4 th biggest city in the US.
Cons: Traffic.

Pros: My job keeps me busy most days. Makes the days go by quick and Im always doing something instead of sitting around bored all day.
Cons: I have a lot of distractions during the day and so much to do that sometimes its hard to actually be productive in a way that is attributed to my job title.
