Its not worth attractive as compared to working in Dubai. Its a kind of remote place and there is a transport issue if you don't have a driving license.

Purchasing Manager in Zimbabwe:
Check what systems and structures are in place before you start and implement new or better ones as quickly as you can if necessary. My position was a new one and systems have slowly been added in, but the lack of systems from the beginning has created issues as the company has grown.
