Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Taunton:
I wouldnt work for them again, ever. They told me 3 clients per hour to start and not long after it was 4 per hour. There was never adequate back up support for things of clerical nature. They fired me for a first offense that was caused by my being overwhelmed with personal stressors and a ridiculous work load they themselves created. They were not willing to put me on probation and require counseling as a means of preventing such an occurence again. Then after I left many of my clients were given my new practice location to call for their medication refills despite no longer being my clients. It almost resulted in my being disciplined by my new employer.
February 2019
Worth the effort.
