Pros: I enjoy being able to leave a legacy, knowing you played a part in the construction of vital infrastructure around town is very satisfying.
Managing large contracts is very rewarding, but also involved high levels of stress, constant long hours, the work culture is very good, most people enjoy what they do and have a similar mind set.
Cons: Stress, Long hours, Average entry level pay for tasks your are faced, Large responsibility and liability.
