Project Manager, Construction Reviews
What is it like working as a Project Manager, Construction?
August 2016
A Consistent challenge for problem solvers.
Project Manager, Construction:
Pros: Everyday I get to resolve problems. Some common while others fairly unique. Deadlines and completion points bleed one into the next. There's no real delineation of a start or finish outside of the fiscal calendar. Just grinding. But something about that combination of challenges I love!
Cons: Low structure, low accountability, the "just give them this" attitude...
Low motivation and lack of drive as a unit and many times individually.
If it takes more than three clicks of swipes most people won't engage with it at my place.

Project Manager, Construction:

Cons: Working with others. Clients with unrealistic expectations.
July 2016
Emloyee management.
Project Manager, Construction:
Give workers training always.
July 2016
Project Manager, Construction:
Pros: Travel, enviroment, hours, independence.
Cons: Pressure, budgets, client relationship, stress.
June 2016
Project Manager, Construction:
When asked during an interview, Never say your skilled or experienced in something that you are not and never brag about things you feel skilled. Humility will keep you around and allow longer learning curves that lies get industry wide blackballed.
June 2016
Looking for full time perminant.
Project Manager, Construction:
Pros: Turning nothing into something shear design and flow to a building all aspects from start to finish to build an architect vision into reality a future familys home that will create everlasting memories and joy to their lives.
Cons: Unmotivated people lack of appreciation for what another Co worker has towards wage company or people. (My belief is if u want to make more and move up prove yourself ) you don't move up in the world and then work harder. You show what you know and what your made of and the rest will come.
