Pros: My manager if flexible, and I get to work from home once a week to make driving easier.
Cons: The environment. There is basically no limit to what is okay to say here. From politically incorrect things said about women, minorities, foreigners, sexual orientation. It's an HR nightmare, and even the managers engage in this. It's inappropriate.

Then only easier for your career growth.

Know who you are, represent yourself well. Study, learn, know your business. Respect others, always do the right thing (if the job's worth having they will respect that). Learn from your mistakes to avoid repeating them. Be prepared, be dynamic, never stop learning.
