Pros: My manager if flexible, and I get to work from home once a week to make driving easier.
Cons: The environment. There is basically no limit to what is okay to say here. From politically incorrect things said about women, minorities, foreigners, sexual orientation. It's an HR nightmare, and even the managers engage in this. It's inappropriate.

Please update your self on day to day about ms sql server and try to apply it your self even if u dont have chance to do it in your company. Please know the technology completly whatever you knows. Example: your set is sql server. You want to knows all the part of it. Sql database engine. Performance tuning. Ssis. Ssrs. Ssas. Sql dba activities. Then only easier for your career growth.
