Delegate, Delegate, Delegate! You are one member of a team and need to delegate as much as possible so that you can focus on the key issues at hand. This is not the role for someone who has difficulty in letting others take on tasks. If you are a do-it-my self "er" - eventual burn out is a given. Learn to let go and trust in the competencies of your team around you.

It Is A Good Place To Be At And Actually Make An Impact.

Pros: I get to travel and work with the ground level team. Able to view the problems first hand and create solutions for those problems.
Cons: The organisation works in a bureaucratic fashion. Do not have good relations with my immediate manager.
