Production Technician in Denver:

March 2019
66hr weeks that last 20weeks without overtime.
Production Technician in Lucerne:
Pros: Working hands on outside with heavy equipment clear understanding of spray application procedure and the physical labor requirements and being lead maintenance of equipment. Ability to self educate to repair equipment. Light welding.
Cons: Management above supervisor and in HR. They dont incorporate LNM department as a part of the company to its entirety during meeting ir parties etc. The long summer 12hour days start early in spring and go through fall totaling 20weeks of alternating 5 day and 6 day weeks. LNM department cannot keep employees due to low pay scale, long hours and no overtime or bonus incentives. Its been 2 months since my application for crew leader was accepted and raise was lower than that of a bad employee and negotiations are halted without an advocate in HR I'm taking onnthe role without the raise. I'm still owed 2months pay raise after completing CAFOS class A Certification and had to call HR to get it added but rhey havent retroacted the time I had it before. They havent offered comoany apparel.

Production Technician in Fair Oaks:

February 2019

Production Technician in Bruceton Mills:

Cons: Management
January 2019
One title, many responsibility changes.
Production Technician in Fargo:
Pros: Work is not set by a process, but by probability of what fails. Pay is high for local community and similar positions.
Cons: Not being able to leave to drive disabled son to school or be there for my disabled wife in times of need like alarm going off at home without using vacation or reprimand for leaving. All trainings and career tools denied. I can get a MBA, which will not help on my day-to-day tasks, but denied low noise amplifier training on what I was working on. Trying analyzing electronics in area just below noise safety limit, wearing mask so I do not get headaches and remove armrests to reduce carpal tunnel to neck tension. Diagnosed with anxiety and that is also what I was told why I was denied chances to advance. Demeaning things said to me and department like armpit of the company, lazy, bully, replaceable, don't like it leave and others I cannot say to obscene. One title, many responsibility changes from supervisor/engineer levels too do only as told, report only to next level of management.
