Pros: Five minutes from home and plenty of volunteer overtime if needed.
Cons: Somedays the equipment/ machinery runs terrible making the job much harder than it should be.

Grants Pass's economy is terrible.

Pros: Traffic isn't ever unbearably bad
Cons: Good managers are almost impossible to come by here. Don't expect to make more than maybe $1 above minimum wage unless you know somebody or you're willing to sacrifice your personal life for your work life.

Working at Sauer is extremely stressful, fast paced and little communication. Small compensation as well.
