Exciting, you can change the way things work for the better
Production Scheduler:
Pros: Getting the molds on the machines in a timely fashion. Being able to get orders out the door and have the customers happy and make sure there is good quality. Making sure components are ordered and molds are on the machines
Cons: Scrap and having to re-do parts whether it is operator or machine errors.
