Some Good, Some Bad.
Production Scheduler in Dayton:
Pros: Working directly with customers it is so gratifying to get a call and to be able to provide a solution that makes them happy and satisfied.
Cons: When people are difficult to accommodate, unwilling to have a little give and take, ask for services and then don't want to pay a fair rate when the bill comes due, don't communicate back when I email or leave a voicemail, or don't pay invoices and then have the excuse that they never received it.
August 2020
It’s a struggle! Running too lean on the production floor. If someone calls off then myself or another management team member have to work the floor putting us behind on our positions.
Production Scheduler in Rochester:
Pros: The trust my boss(s) have in me to perform my duties without having to be over my shoulder making sure I’m doing it correctly.
Cons: Pay, lack of communication, running too lean on our work force.
