Cons: Traffic and sometimes the same possibilities are there but not so accessible due to the high number of people. Poor governance of the City and province.

Cons: Occasionally it can be a high stress environment which can be hard for prolonged periods of time.

Corporate Culture Nightmare.

Pros: Good benefits, decent salary.
Cons: Corporate Culture dysfunctional due in large part to dysfunctional leadership. No ability to manage talent. Senior leadership is made up of primarily white men. Very old minded, no innovation or corporate support thereof.
