Great college town where my family is at.
Product Management Director in Bloomington:
Pros: It's a great college town with plenty to do, lots of culture and my family is near by.

February 2016
Project base. Self motivated. Team problem solver.
Product Management Director:
Pros: Freedom to research new products and product improvement. Working witn Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing. Knowing the department I am responsible for is an inportant aspect of the company. Being responsible for quantifying all incoming resins and compounded material testing.
Cons: Running into unique problem solving situation when working on research and develop projects and not having the time or resources to correctly address of fully trouble shoot issue. This is a rare occurance but does happen in research and development projects. Also when people are counting on you for the answer and you do not have the answer they are looking for.
October 2015

Product Management Director:

April 2015
The power of networking and inclusion.
Product Management Director:
As a Product Manager, I focused a lot of my energies early in my career on building a knowledge base in all areas that touched my role. I got "stuck in the weeds" on many occasions. While this gave me confidence, I learned that including others in the discovery process for any new initiative was far more effective. It gave a sense of ownership to those that contributed; they were more motivated, and at the end of the day, this resulted in better outcomes.
June 2014
Fantastic.
Product Management Director:
Pros: Autonomy, people interaction, analytical.
Cons: Poor rewards and recognition.
