Don't demean people who ask questions.
Product Development Engineer:
One of the most important elements of creating a constructive workplace in which your entire team can grow is to promote an atmosphere where it is safe to ask questions without feeling belittled. It may feel nice to one's ego to belittle people that are still catching up on the learning curve, but doing so causes ill will and miss on opportunities to build relationships of trust and mutual growth.
