Pros: Social aspect with colleagues, most colleagues are friendly and good to get along with.
Cons: Unfair workload split, favoured colleagues by higher and mid management, very poor management, no progression routes due to 'fairness' of weaker colleagues, no salary increase potential, certain hostility.
