Pros: I love negotiating prices, meeting suppliers, data capturing and communication with different suppliers. Also following the procurement process correctly. I like socialising and networking with differet individuals in order to build relationships and get exposure to different industries by just networking and communicating.
Cons: I cannot really say there is anything I do not like about my job except for the fact that there are policies that you cannot change in an organisation to your benefit in Procurement and therefore you have to adapt to any changes that you get along the way.
