Pretty Good.
Process Engineer in Cincinnati:
Pros: I feel trusted, valued, and am given the resources necessary to accomplish tasks. I have a great relationship with my manager, which is what really makes a difference.
Cons: It can be a bit hectic and stressful at times.

Process Engineer:
The work here is challenging and good but management does not care about its employees. The management vision is short term gain rather than treating employees as assets to be invested into. Additionally, the work is poorly compensated which is below APEGA salary guide. Overtime is common here which I do not mind but it the rate is same as normal rate instead of 1.3 or 1.5 at other places.

Pros: I love how the company emphasizes on their company culture. They want people to focus on teamwork and welcoming new ideas. There are also great benefits like a gym and health center on campus, and flexible schedules depending on your supervisor.
Cons: I don't like that we manufacture and waste a lot of plastic.
