Pros: I get to travel frequently to many of our manufacturing sites across the country leading to many learning opportunities. Good benefits and a strong industry leader.
Cons: Large workload and expected to string time across many different projects. Feels like I only have time to bounce around doing the most important task rather than focus on a project.

Top down culture, when management is unreasonable there is not much room to communicate. Be prepared to constantly deal with unclear instructions, unreasonable expectations and insufficient resources. Pay and benefits are good, hours are good.
