Pros: Working with various business units to ensure that business processes will produce high quality work that meets all regulatory requirements in an automated, auditable process. I primarily evaluate processes from a compliance perspective and ensures that processes are highly automated with frequent audit and control points and that processes meet the operational goals of the business.
Cons: Lack of respect among peers, poor advancement opportunities and mentoring.
