Process Analyst:
Pros: There is a lot of opportunity for growth in the position and in the Firm. A supportive manager supports my skill development, challenges my problem solving, and buffers the pressures of executive management.
Cons: I feel stuck in the career level on the team. I asked my manager about advancement and she said I would need to be in the position at least a full year before it was even a consideration for the next year (>2 year wait for advancement).
