What is it like working as a Pricing Analyst?

November 2015
Friendly, fun, prestige, perks of driving new premium cars.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: Work-life balance. Nice colleagues. Awesome rides. Chance to drive high end models before the nationwide launch.
Cons: Can't stop working. :-)
November 2015
Great company.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: Great benefits and flexibility. Work and work load aren't too bad.
Cons: The office is a stuffy stomp sphere, I wish it were more friendly.
November 2015

Pricing Analyst:
Pros: The work isn't bad and the benefits are good. They're flexible.
Cons: The atmosphere is stuffy and I wish it was more of a friendly atmosphere.
July 2015
Great.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: The data analysis factor and working with numbers is a key component of the job of which I enjoy. I also enjoy working with smart and positive people.
Cons: Not high speed enough.
July 2015
5 year plan, pay scale, visibility on compensation.
Pricing Analyst:
Have management show where the market is paying and how your current employer is offering the same or more. Have visibility on compensation plan and plans for internal growth.
April 2015
Good employer overall with some minor negatives.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: Dynamic market, no two days are the same, collaboration between colleagues and ability to work independently.
Cons: Small team and the only feedback you receive are negative and any positive things you achieved are generally not praised or commented on.
March 2015
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: The people are good. Love the work. We have good systems and data. Lower management is good. Job flexibility is good.
Cons: Merit raises (the only raises you get) are awful as they often only meet CPI or are less which does not lend to making you feel you did a good job. Bonus' have to be wrangled though they were promised during the hiring process. Benefits are cut every year.Too many pats on the back without the accompanying dollars in the paycheck.
