Overworked and Underpaid.

Pros: I enjoy the coworkers I have, they make the work less dreadful and the day go by quicker.
Cons: The work is repetitive, the office has a poor atmosphere, there is no employee appreciation or consideration.

Great job however, not rewarding.
Pricing Analyst:
Pros: I appreciate the trust given to me with my work. The relationships developed within the entire company are very rewarding to me. We are now in a different location which is now safer and pleasant.
Cons: I wish there was more communication within my dept. I feel my mgr should be more involved with problems and display appreciation to us. A little acknowledgement would be nice from the higher ups too. Very displeased with lack of raises over the last 22 years.
