Press Operator in Berryville:
You have to be able to think on your feet and troubleshoot mechanical and chemical issues. Some things you learn on the go but you can get by without extensive knowledge on both sides, but then you won't make a very good pressman. The most challenging part of the job is still dealing with the people you have to work with, being able to keep your crew working as an efficient team is the hardest part, especially with the range of characters you run into working at print shops!
