Pros: Patient care and great employees
Cons: Having to go through too many people to get something taken care of..

Pros: A great move from privately owned practice to corporate. So much support from other departments (accounts, IT etc). Freedom to operate how you wish, but still enough structure to keep you on the right track. Pay is average to good. Lots of opportunities for personal growth and education.
Cons: Occasionally the inability to control a situation. LOTS of reporting.
