As managers we are allowed to make autonomous decisions about our offices and how we run them.

Okay.

Working with a provider that has 40yrs experience is incredible.
Practice Manager in Glencoe:
Pros: I love how Dr Friberg is one of the few remaining private fertility practices. We approach patient care in a way that scarcely exists any longer. He has not taken a paycheck in over 10yrs and chose to instead just keep funds in practice to remain able to provide excellent care that’s affordable and accessible!
Cons: My current salary.
July 2019
Everyday can be a challenge. Somewhat rewarding. Office runs like a well oiled machine.
Practice Manager in Aiken:
Pros: My people
Cons: the hassles of the practice of medicine these days
June 2019
Very stressful. Sometimes do not have support. Doctors sometimes work against me. Feel that sometimes it is daycare center instead of a place of business.
Practice Manager in Dallas:
Pros: The opportunities to help make decisions, working towards growing the practice, have gained a lot of knowledge in the 16 years of my employment.
Cons: Babysitting employees
