Underpaid, overworked, poor management. They don't care about employees. Just completing bogus paperwork to keep up with regulatory agencies. It's all about them making money. Not about the patients or employees.

January 2019
Power Plant Operator:
Pay is substantially too low for the experience needed to be a Power Plant Operator. Sick leave and vacation is good. Health insurance is way too high for no more pay than we get. Management does nothing to boost the morale, in fact they add to the low morale throughout the hourly people. We are charged to park on university property to go to work. Working conditions are unsafe. Safety checks on equipment isn't performed as should be. The culture is one that caters mostly to millennials than others. Would never encourage anyone to apply for work with them if there's a chance of finding work elsewhere.
January 2019
Good.
Power Plant Operator in Johannesburg:
Pros: explore and know new things
Cons: dangerous place
