Planning Analyst:
Always have a new information and in time update all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements.
Update of Project Master Schedules; Interact with Central Planning department for schedule update matters.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the SOW.
Always in time prepare report on schedule deviations from baselines. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Monitor work progress and follow up of work performed by Contractor as per approved procedures/Contract.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports reflecting work progress summary.
In time review of Contractor’s status reports/Planning packages/baseline plans and ensure Contractor is not deviating from approved baseline plans.
Verify that contractor’s schedules have been properly resource loaded as well as resource leveled.

Pros: Working with Project managers giving a timeline of projects, cost, vs. Budgets, and tracking. Customer interface, communications.
Cons: When others personnel employees doesn't want to collaborate on the projects especially when your job title changed with new responsibilities.
