Horrible management. Pros- good name brand. Cons- bad culture, bad management, bad systems. Compensation is subpar , no incentive structure And firm does not care about you. Your bonus is not getting fired.

It is great experience. The managers let you do on your work, without macromanaging you. The culture here is great, it is happy environment and open. I'm being compensated according to my skills and experience.

In some positions, there’s an opportunity for working from home and flexible time. Annual increases and cost of living increases. There are some dinosaurs left that have poor management skills but most are okay. Lots of opportunities to promote as well.
