Physician Assistant (PA):
Pros: We take care of patients, but it takes hard work to get it done.
Cons: There is very little positive feedback.

Physician Assistant (PA):
Pros: I love continuity of care and what I DO on a daily basis, I love the diverse things I get to perform.
Cons: I work a lot of hours and I constantly feel under appreciated by patients and doctors. Its hard being female and a nonphysician provider. Especially when the physicians own the practice.

Great balance between serving patients and balance lifed.
Physician Assistant (PA):
Pros: I like working with patients and being able to help people. I get to practice independently but also work with a team to collaborate on the best care. I love being hands on.
Cons: Frequently being seen as just an assistant and misunderstood. Strange hours as I work in the ER. Having to work occoassional weekends and holidays.
