I wouldn't work for Tenet Health again. Awful employee satisfaction and retention.

Pros: My surgical team.
Cons: poor employee retention / satisfaction, poor hospital management. Non-competitive salaries over the last few years compared to other hospitals in the area. Poor employee advocacy. lack of communication. Lack of appreciation from management. severe understaffing issues. hostile work environment - hospital management making workers cover areas where staffing is needed without compensation or inquiring employees thoughts/feelings. Would not recommend working for Tenet Health

Cons: The corporate management who has no understanding how we run our practice is constantly dictate the way the way we provide care in our clinical setting. It is negatively affecting the quality of the patient care as well as our clinical flow

Pros: They try to make improvements as a system, I have a great team.
Cons: The admin/managers push the people actually doing all of the work harder and harder in order to make a profit, to the point of burnout and they don't seem to understand/care about turnover. Which makes it even harder on the rest of us.
