Be prepared.
Phlebotomist in Indianapolis:
Pros: There is definitely a lot to learn and absorb when you get there. Even if you have previous experience you can learn from the people that already work there.
Cons: There is backbiting. Be careful what you say and who you say it to/around. Including management. No one is your friend. Make your money and go home.

I love my job but im very underpaid.

Cons: The pay is horrible and there is no room to grow and work up a growth ladder.
