Cons: The struggle of keeping consistent employees. The payrate compared to everything we are expected to do and compared to surrounding companies.

Pros: Helping people
Cons: The chaotic day to day and we are understaffed and over worked. Management doesn’t believe that there is anything wrong. We are physically exhausted by the end of the night and then we will have to work 9,10,11,12 days in a row and the way they have the pay period lined up none of it is overtime.

Pros: My patients heavily rely on my phlebotomy skills. I feel very happy to know that I am depended on to give this service and to cause my patient to return to my place of employment for their needs
Cons: I dislike the fact that newer employees are coming on board in the hospital with less experience and are making more money than I do.

Pros: It's good hours and situated in a convenient location.
Cons: Low money for a highly stressful job.

Everybody does what they want. There is no structure in the department as far as what is expected fro workers.

Pros: If it was managed right it would be a nice place to work. But they cant keep anybody to stay so we are always overworked
Cons: overworked, unfair pay
