I love working here, there is never a dull moment. Great culture. We do activities and events as a company to help keep up the morale, fair pay, great benefits, and as a company they listen and care what the employees want.

Unappreciated, underpaid unless you are a family friend of the owner or from the same previous company that employees worked at together. Medical being the only benefit but is not even worth it as you have to pay up front and then submit a claim for partial reimbursement, no other benefits avail. New responsibilities dumped on you at the drop of a hat with no guidance or direction.
