Pros: Love that I am not micro-managed and that McDermott is a company that promotes employees being treated fairly, though it is not enforced. There is a culture of respect.
Cons: As a manager, I do not receive bonuses and in four years only received one pay raise despite my being the only functional expert in SAP and working on multiple projects, sometimes simutaneously. More of a manager problem than a company problem.
