I love it. But I am way under paid!
Patient Services Specialist in St. Paul:
Pros: Know I am working to help someone in need
Cons: The pay and favoritism and unfairness and bulling that goes on at are CBO location
July 2018
Under Paid & Unappreciated.
Patient Services Specialist in Waterbury:
Pros: I love our patients, and seeing them progress and get better. I like the independence that they allow us to have in managing our own offices.
Cons: The pay is ridiculous. $13.00 to start with a 3% annual increase. I've been with the company for 3 years, and am only making .70 more than the day I started. Every day it seems like something else is being added to our daily tasks, but we do not get compensated for it. Our higher ups communicated solely through email, and they only ever email about something negative; NEVER positive. We do not get paid holidays, only the PT's do. We get PTO only, and EID. PTO has to be used to cover your holidays, sick days, snow days, and vacation. So by the end of the year, after all of your holidays and sick time, anything that you have accrued is either gone, or is going to be gone with the new year.

Patient Services Specialist in Nashville:
