Sometimes it feels sketchy.

October 2020
Patient Care Coordinator in Fairfax:
Good company but little advancement potential. Underpaid for all the extra tasks I do but we'll respected by management. Manager pitches in and helps out which is rare. Would love to move to manager role but unlikely at my current position.

Great to help patients but hired negative people with poor track record.
Patient Care Coordinator in Fairfax:

Cons: Negative co-worker who missed work leaving all work on myself
July 2020
This position provides a rewarding experience in working directly with patients and their care teams. But the best part is being able to walk a long side the patients and their family, while supporting them all the way through their journey.
Patient Care Coordinator in Philadelphia:
Pros: The freedom and the trust to make decisions.
Cons: The old buildings
July 2020
Patient Care Coordinator in Tyler:
Very, very disappointing! It was 2 weeks from the time I was hired until I started and they already changed my job duties before I even started. I was being bullied by a co-worker and when reported to my supervisor, nothing was done. I reported to HR and still nothing done. My job title was changed to be the same as others except they were making $6.00 more per hour then me and I was doing other job duties that they didn't have to do. When brought to my supervisors attention, nothing done. They have no respect for their employees. As long as you don't disagree with them, you are fine. On two different occasions my supervisor told me not to participate in simple conversation with other employees.
