Patient Care Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as a Patient Care Coordinator?
January 2023
Fulfilling hard work.
Patient Care Coordinator in Chattanooga:
Pros: Getting to genuinely help people have better healthier lives
Cons: Barriers to getting them the help they deserve.
December 2022
Patient Care Coordinator in Orange:
Pros: Scheduling appointments
Cons: Time restriction scheduling, having to tell a member there are no appointment available for them after you have called to schedule them. That is bad when you have yo make 150 calls a day and 10 appointments. So you have wasted time and effort.
July 2022
No real empathy for patients, bad communication among employees.
Patient Care Coordinator in Woodinville:
Pros: N/A
Cons: Doctor will not see enough on her schedule and use “family emergency” excuse to cancel all patients for the day. There is little to no communication with office manager and employees. Emails are not responded too. Patients are promised call backs but no action. Unprofessional employees, and unprofessional dentist who avoids talking to patients.
May 2022
I really love working for this company.
Patient Care Coordinator in Martinsville:
Pros: working with people to help them hear
Cons: traveling twice a week commuting to work in another city at another office
March 2022
Rewarding.
Patient Care Coordinator in Stafford:
Pros: Ability to help senior citizens.
Cons: The way they give more job opportunities based on favoritism rather than work merits.
March 2022
Rewarding and fast pace.
Patient Care Coordinator in Amarillo:
Pros: Patients interaction
Cons: Always being short staffed and working many different job positions
November 2021
Fairly Good Company To Work For.
Patient Care Coordinator in Rocklin:
Pros: For the most part the company is a fairly good company to work for. They invest in training and education. The higher ups are approachable. However, there is a lot of expectations especially on my position. I would say that with that kind of demand being on call 24/7 I would like to be compensated more.
Cons: Office politics
