What is it like working as a Passenger Service Agent?

Passenger Service Agent:
Pros: Good place to make money, health insurance. Great start for an aviation freak.
Cons: The culture isn’t very motivating. Lack of support from management.
Probably the cons also come with working in larger teams.

Passenger Service Agent:
Pros: Meeting new and different people. Daily and of arming daily how to deal with passangers.
Cons: Unruly passangers.

Passenger Service Agent:
Pros: Meeting people is one on my goals, also make the passengers comfortable, directing the size of carry on is required checking their boarding passes telling them the number of they required gates etc.
Cons: It does have any insurance benefits and they usually decrease employees hours without an advance meeting or a letter notifying we, their employees.
