Cons: Pay doesn’t match the work you do, management is horrendous. Certain airline representatives are psychotic and verbally abusive to staff. Short staffed

Pros: The job itself is amazing and really get a hands on feel like you're making an effort.
Cons: The favoritism and biases they are not based on one's overall productivity and work performance. It's about who essentially the supervisors or higher ups like most . It's not fair treatment.

Pros: Fast paced, get in well with my co-workers, you learn a lot on the job
Cons: You habe to learn quick on the job and get throw in and expected to do everything perfectly. Oh. And in 3 years you get 1 week of vacation.....smh. You can only work up to 40 hours and no more.
