Pros: It seems to pass quickly, little to no supervision.
Cons: I am away from my family at night.

Cons: Overly lax coworkers. Daily upkeep.

Pros: The money overnight is good for bills.
Cons: Break length. A lot of work. Boss is rude. Inconvenient times.

Stay on pace and don't let drama or erratic decision making distract from your job. Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to the changes that seem to occur weekly and sometimes dramatically.

Cons: Employees are treated like they're easily replaceable and have schedules switched seeming with no reason. It doesn't matter if you're doing a great job, you can get moved to another department because your job isn't critical to a manager.
